This week, I decided to try out some dies. I very rarely use them but thought I'ld give it a try. The banner on the Thank You card is from Verve. And the flags/banners on the birthday card is from MFT. I'm hoping to experiment with some dies soon! My "Thank You" stamp is from Hero Arts and the birthday stamps are from Paper Trey Ink.
Don't forget to head over to Nana's Scrap Spot to see who won the blog candy! She picked one winner from my blog!!!!
Thanks for stopping by and Have a Great Weekend!
Mary Ann

Happy surprise to find out I was the winner from your blog. By the way, I've been wondering what the GG is in your header. I always do a double take when I go to your blog--LOL!
ReplyDeleteSuper cards!! I like the pretty colors you used, and such a variety--so bright & fun on the top one, and muted and delicate in the bottom!

ReplyDeleteObviously I miss a lot....a birthday and some cards. wonderful cards....think I'm intrigued with the second. I LOVE dies....and you sure have some pretty ones. Sorry your computer is possessed right now...that can be very aggravating. Goodness, there is no way to get all the posts and comment like I want to...totally understand.
ReplyDeleteHi Mary Ann--Your sweet comments always brighten my day--thank you! GG were my initials before I got married & now it's also what hubby's grandkids call me instead of saying Grandma Greta, so that's how I sign cards to them. Hubby just became a great grandpa & so now I'm GGG--Great Grandma Greta! We have another connection--LOL!
ReplyDeleteAnd a belated Happy Birthday wishes to you Mary Ann. What a sweet daughter to go to all that trouble because she loves you so dearly. The cards are adorable.
ReplyDeleteHugs...Leanne
