Sorry for the delay

Good Morning!  I am sorry for the delay in posting this week.  It's been busy around here.  I hope you guys are doing well. I have four cards to share with you today.

First up is a birthday card:

This card is a 5X7 card.  The card stock is from DCWV and Paper Studio.  The stamps are from Our Daily Bread and Martha Stewart.  I free handed the grass and sky, I was just trying something different. LOL  My ribbon is from Walmart and the buttons are from Hobby Lobby.

A couple of friendship cards:

These cards are also 5X7 cards.  The pretty poppy stamp is from Just Rite.

Last but not least is a St. Patty's Day Card!

This card is an A2 sized card and all of teh images were cut from Celebrate with Flourish Cricut Cartridge.

I hope you enjoyed my cards today and I'll see you back here next week!

Mardi Gras Blog Hop

Welcome to the "Mardi Gras" Blog Hop!

It's Carnival Time here in the Big Easy a/k/a New Orleans! And we are celebrating with our own parade!  A parade of paper crafts!

We're so happy you could join us today!

You should have arrived from MICHELE'S Blog.  If you arrived here via your dashboard or just happened by, please go to Nana's Scrap Spot to start at the beginning, we wouldn't want you to miss any of the fun.

In addition to seeing a lot of awesome creations, there is some blog candy available too.  Miranda be giving away a Michael’s gift card.  To be eligible for the blog candy, you are required to visit each stop in the hop and leave a comment!  The winner will be announced Friday on Miranda's blog!

This is my take on a Mardi Gras card.  I used all traditional Mardi Gras Colors.  My butterfly is actually a butterfly mask I made.  If you look closely, you'll see the eye holes.  My two masks in the corners are actually chip board that I glittered and added feathers to.  I didn't have a Mardi Gras stamp so I hand wrote Happy Mardi Gras!

I have some surprise blog candy to be given away today all you have to do is become a follower of my blog and leave me a comment telling me so with a way to contact you.  I'll be announcing the winner next week on my blog in my regular post.

Next on the hop is KATHY!

Should you get lost along the way, here is the entire line up:

Weekly Wednesday Post

Good Morning!  How are you today?  I'm so glad you were able to stop by for a visit, pull up a chair and have a seat.  I've been a bit busy these past couple of weeks working at the floral school.  Now that class is done, I should be able to find a little more time to craft.

For those of you that are interested, Bobby is progressing well.  He was finally able to sleep in our bed.  He is continuing with his physical therapy and is trying to walk a little without his walker.  We are starting to see some light at the end of the tunnel.

I have three cards to share with you this week.  I am trying my hand at coloring with my Spectrum Markers again.  I purchased my markers and stamps at Crafter's Companion.

This card is 5X7.

My cute little cupcake was cut from the Create A Critter Cartridge and of course I added a Peachy Keen face!

And for my last card, I used another stamp from Crafter's Companion and colored it with my markers.  I made this card for my Grandson who will be welcoming his second son next week.

I'll be participating in another blog hop on Tuesday, February 12th!  A Mardi Gras Blog Hop!  I hope you'll be able to join me.  And of course, I'll be giving away some blog candy!
 See ya soon,

Mary Ann
