Weekly Wednesday Post

Good Evening!  I'm so happy you stopped in for a visit.  What have you been up to?  Have you finished your Christmas shopping?  Only 5 more days!  Believe it or not, I'm not done yet, I have a few more gifts to go.

So I've decided I'll be posting just once a week to start off with and see how things go.  And I think I'll try Wednesdays since it's the middle of the week.  Did you notice, I have 17 followers!  I am so super excited!  Thanks to all of you that have become followers!

I only have two cards to share with you this week.  First off, I have another Christmas card to show you.

I enjoy coloring so much.  My sweet husband purchased several sets of Spectrum Noir markers for me for Christmas.  Well I got them early so I was able to use them for my fireplace on my card.

The inside........

For my second card, I created a birthday card................

I used Hero Art stamps for my flowers and I colored them with chalk.

I hope you enjoyed my cards today.  I won't be back until after the first of the year due to my husband having a hip replacement on the 27th.  Please keep him in your prayers.

Wishing you a very Merry Christmas
and a
Happy New Year!!!!!!!!!!!
Mary Ann

  6. These are beautiful cards...both of them. I especially love the fireplace card with its warm homey feel, so perfect for the holidays.

I'll say prayers for your husband and his surgery. My mother-in-law had a hip replacement this past year, and she did beautifully. Sometimes I think it's more stressful on the care-givers (you) than the patient. =)

Merry Christmas to you and your family!
